From a Bicycle to Your Cup
Our story began in 2007, with one man who left his village for Siliguri with little more than determination. He learned the tea trade leaf by leaf, travelling 40 to 45 kilometres a day on a bicycle - garden to garden, shop to shop - learning exactly what good tea is worth, and what it should cost.
That lesson became a brand. Today, every tea we bring you carries that same philosophy: sourced with purpose, priced with honesty, and delivered with pride.

Common questions about our teas and service
Use fresh, filtered water heated to 90-95°C. For black & CTC teas, use 95°C water and steep for 3-5 minutes. For green teas, use 80-85°C water and steep for 2-3 minutes. For herbal teas, use 95°C water and steep for 5-7 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor.
Store tea in an airtight container away from light, heat, and moisture. A cool, dry place like a cabinet or pantry is ideal. Avoid storing near spices or strong-smelling foods as tea can absorb odors. Properly stored tea stays fresh for up to 12 months from the date of manufacture.
